English: Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) is a self-proclaimed state in northern Cyprus recognised only by Turkey. The United Nations recognises the sovereignty of the Republic of Cyprus over the whole island; however, the government of the Republic of Cyprus has no effective control over the territory claimed by the TRNC.

Türkçe: Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti (KKTC), Akdeniz'de yer alan en büyük üçüncü ada ve Anadolu yarımadasının 65 km güneyindeki Kıbrıs adasının kuzey kısmında yer alan uluslararası camiada yalnızca Türkiye tarafından tanınan Türk devleti. Birleşmiş Milletler adanın tek hâkimi olarak Kıbrıs Cumhuriyeti'ni tanımaktadır, ancak Kıbrıs Cumhuriyeti'nin adanın kuzeyinde fiili bir kontrolü yoktur.

Ελληνικά: Βόρεια Κύπρος (ΒΚ) είναι μια αυτόνομη έκταση στο βόρειο τμήμα της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας , αναγνωρισμένο ως κράτος από την Τουρκία. Τα Ηνωμένα Έθνη αναγνωρίζουν ενότητα σε ολόκληρο το νησί' παρά ταύτα, η κυπριακή κυβέρνηση δεν έχει εξουσία επάνω στο βόρειο τμήμα του νησιού.

Українська: Турецька Республіка Північного Кіпру (ТРПК) — самопроголошена держава на півночі Кіпру, її визнає лише Туреччина. Організація Об'єднаних Націй визнає суверенітет Кіпру над усім островом, але уряд Республіки Кіпр не має контролю над територією, що займає ТРПК.
