Use this tag for categories which require long term or permanent diffusion. For main categories requiring temporary control use {{CatDiffuse}}, for metacategories ("by country", "by name" etc.) use {{MetaCat}} or its more specialized variants.
The template automatically sets the following categories: Category:Categories requiring permanent diffusion
Usage

Use this just for tagging main categories requiring permanent control. For categories to get sorted once use {{CatDiffuse}}, for metacategories ("by country", "by name" etc.) use {{MetaCat}} or its more specialized variants. Tagged categories are automatically inserted into Category:Categories requiring permanent diffusion.
The template takes no parameters.
