This template displays a Table of Contents index in the form of two rows of alphabetical links: the first row comprises "*" followed by upper case letters; the second row comprises numerals 0-9 followed by lower case letters, ending in "~" (tilde). As Template:CategoryTOC but look for pages in the namespace files.
